When you create an account, we receive the account details you provide through Supabase Auth, such as your email address and sign-in identifiers. We also keep the information needed to operate your membership, including the plan you choose and its status.

We may collect limited technical information, such as browser, device, and usage data, to maintain, secure, and improve Kitmorrow.

Payments are processed by Stripe Managed Payments. Kitmorrow does not store your full card number or payment credentials. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy practices.

We use information to:

• create and secure your account;
• provide, personalize, and support Kitmorrow;
• manage subscriptions, billing, and account access;
• prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems; and
• comply with legal obligations.

We share information only with service providers that help run Kitmorrow, including Supabase for authentication and Stripe for payments, or when required by law. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising based on your activity.

We keep information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can ask about access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a strong, unique password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Kitmorrow is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
