Using Kitmorrow

By creating an account or using Kitmorrow, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Kitmorrow provides a growing collection of digital tools for personal and professional use.

You must provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and be legally able to enter into this agreement. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid access is offered as recurring monthly subscriptions unless stated otherwise at checkout. Pricing, available plans, and what each plan includes are shown before you pay.

The Founding 100 offer is limited to the first 100 eligible All Access subscriptions. If the €4.99 monthly founding price is confirmed at checkout, it remains applied for as long as that subscription stays active. Cancelling ends the founding price; restarting later is subject to the price and availability shown at the new checkout.

Stripe Managed Payments processes payments. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel it. You can manage or cancel a paid subscription from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless stated otherwise. Payments already made are non-refundable except where required by law.

Acceptable use

Do not use Kitmorrow to:

  • break the law or infringe someone else's rights;
  • upload, transmit, or generate harmful or abusive content;
  • probe, disrupt, reverse engineer, or bypass the service's security;
  • share account access outside your own organization; or
  • use the service in a way that could harm Kitmorrow or its users.

Your content and feedback

You retain ownership of content you submit to Kitmorrow. You give us permission to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service for you. If you send feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation.

Our service and intellectual property

Kitmorrow and its software, design, branding, and content are protected by intellectual-property laws. We give you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service while you follow these terms. We may update, change, or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves.

Disclaimers and limits

Kitmorrow is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Do not rely on Kitmorrow as a substitute for professional legal, financial, medical, or other expert advice.

To the extent permitted by law, Kitmorrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for a claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Kitmorrow in the 12 months before the claim.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Kitmorrow at any time. We may suspend or end access if we reasonably believe these terms have been violated, to protect the service or its users, or when required by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you have a question, email leekvault@gmail.com.
